By creating an account or using the VVIP Membership application you agree to these terms. Read them carefully. Together with our Privacy Policy they form the agreement between you and VVIP Membership.
1. The service
VVIP Membership provides a private lifestyle platform — a mobile application, a member web portal, and supporting admin and agent tools — through which members may:
- Submit banking enquiries and statement requests, and initiate payments through our banking partners.
- Browse curated real-estate inventory and submit buy, sell, lease, or co-working interests.
- Participate in scheduled online auctions of collectibles and luxury goods.
- Request concierge services from assigned agents.
The service is provided by VVIP Membership and operates principally from the United Arab Emirates.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. Certain services (particularly banking and real-estate transactions) require residency or commercial presence in the UAE and the successful completion of Know-Your-Customer verification.
Membership is by invitation. We may decline to open or may close an account where eligibility, verification, or sanctions-screening requirements are not met.
3. Your account
3.1 Registration and accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration and KYC, and to update it promptly when it changes. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate suspension and, where required by law, reporting to the relevant authority.
3.2 Credentials and multi-factor authentication
You are responsible for keeping your password, TOTP seed, and backup codes confidential. Enabling multi-factor authentication is strongly recommended and required for certain high-value actions. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
3.3 Agent assignment
VVIP may assign an agent to service your requests. You acknowledge that assigned agents require access to the content of those requests in order to fulfil them; such access is role-scoped and audit-logged.
4. Fees and payments
Membership fees, subscription tiers, service fees, and auction premiums are disclosed in-app before they are charged. Payment is collected through our authorised payment partners. Where a quick-pay or banking instruction is initiated, you authorise us to relay it to the relevant bank for execution subject to the bank's own terms.
Refunds, where applicable, are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with UAE consumer-protection law and the refund policy disclosed at the point of sale.
5. Auctions
Bids placed in the auction module are binding offers. The winning bid creates a contract of sale subject to any reserve, buyer's premium, and post-auction settlement terms published with the lot. Withdrawing a winning bid may result in the forfeiture of deposits and suspension of bidding privileges.
6. Real-estate services
VVIP facilitates introductions, listings, and the administrative handling of property transactions. All transfers, escrow arrangements, and regulatory filings are completed with the relevant UAE land department or broker of record. VVIP does not itself act as a real-estate broker outside the scope of its licences.
7. User conduct
You agree not to use the service to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or the rights of another person.
- Impersonate any person, misrepresent your affiliation, or create a false identity.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other members, agents, or administrators — in chat, in reports, or elsewhere in the application.
- Transmit content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or depicts violence.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the service beyond the interfaces we expose.
- Introduce malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or disrupt the service.
Violations may be handled through in-app moderation (report and block features), warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent termination. Repeat or serious violations may be reported to authorities.
8. Intellectual property
The VVIP Membership name, logo, application, site, and associated trademarks are owned by us or our licensors. Your membership grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes. No other rights are granted.
Content you submit (documents, chat messages, photographs) remains yours. By submitting it you grant us the limited licence necessary to store it, display it to authorised agents, and process it to deliver the service.
9. Third parties
Certain features rely on services provided by third parties — notably Google (Firebase, Cloud Messaging, Sign-In), Apple (Sign in with Apple), Mailgun (email delivery), and our banking, payment, and real-estate partners. Your use of those features is also subject to the third party's own terms.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every request will be fulfilled on the timeline preferred by the member.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VVIP Membership and its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this clause limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. Suspension and termination
You may terminate the agreement at any time by deleting your account through the app. We may suspend or terminate access where a material breach of these terms occurs, where required by law, or on thirty days' notice for convenience. On termination, the clauses that by their nature survive (ownership, liability, disputes) will remain in effect.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes arising out of or in connection with the service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, except where applicable consumer-protection law grants you the right to sue in your place of residence.
14. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are announced in-app and by email at least seven days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
